What We CAN DO

CANEGT integrates many disciplines involving environmental engineering and occupational health within one company. This provides a coordinated, cost-effective approach to the associated services, which include:

  • Preparation of environmental engineering and occupational health programs that comply with clients’ policies and the dominant legal and technical requirements;

  • Environmental impact assessments (EIA’s) of proposed and current facilities that include water, soil, air, radiation and noise

  • Assessment of fugitive emissions in industrial facilities

  • Air dispersion modelling to estimate pollutants’ concentrations at the ground levels and/or points of impingement as a result from emission sources and proposing technically sound and economically feasible mitigation solutions;

  • Preparation of applications for Certificate of and Environmental Compliance

The following substances are examples of what CANEGT can conduct sampling and assessment of in the breathing zone of employees under their workplace conditions:

  • Respirable, thoracic and total Particulate such as those of Nuisance Dust, Welding Fume, Crystalline Silica and Oil Mist

  • Asbestos fibres, Chromium VI, Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC’s), Isocyanates (MDI, TDI, PMDI).

  • Amines, Ozone, Chlorine, Carbon monoxide
