Code of Conduct
Inspired by the Codes of Ethics of environmental engineers and industrial hygienists, CANEGT has adopted a stringent, yet practical Code of Conduct. The Code establishes the behaviour in our workplace, business practices and relations with third parties. It describes the values of conduct that CANEGT personnel must meet in their work and relations with others. The Code also contains guidelines that will help personnel to live-up to the firm values, and consequently preserve the firm integrity, reputation and the confidence of its clients in the services it offers.
Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental Policy
Policy Statement:
CANEGT, as employer, is ultimately responsible for its personnel occupational health and safety and for the environment. The Company is committed to take every reasonable precaution for the protection of personnel at work and managing its activities in an environmentally responsible way. Protection of personnel from occupational injuries and the environment from the adverse impacts of hazardous agents is a major and continuing objective of the firm.
The well being of CANEGT’s personnel and the environment is a priority whether activities are performed in our offices or in the field. CANEGT has instigated a program that ensures the firm’s occupational health, safety and environment policy is implemented as well as personnel are oriented with. Adherence to the health, safety, and environment program is placed high in our staff performance. The program includes the objectives, scope, legal requirements, rules and guidelines and responsibilities. The program is regularly reviewed and updated. Training and awareness sessions are periodically held to review respective records, ensure personnel adherence to the program and to keep everyone abreast with the updates. The firm is under the process of obtaining the required certifications such as that of OHS Act of Ontario, Canada and the OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001.

Yes. With more than 30 years in the IT industry we have worked with businesses in every sector. We have also provided support for public utilities, municipal and town governments, hospitals, etc. Our approach to IT is to build a custom plan for each individual client. We offer as much or as little support as you need. If you use, we have probably seen it and can support it.

Our current clients include businesses ranging from 1 user to 100 users.
What geographical area do you service?
With remote support capabilities, geographic location is becoming increasing less relevant when deciding where to outsource your IT support. We currently have Managed IT Service clients located throughout Canada and the United States.
We have had issues with geographical distance with outsourced remote IT support in the past. Where is your support based out of?
We are owner-managed and reside in London. We are a community-focused company. Our support team is based out of London. Our technicians are graduates of local post-secondary programs.
